An invitation from Nick Johnson, Health and Safety Executive (HSE), to return feedback on revised RIDDOR guidance:

From 1 October 2013, changes will be introduced to the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) that aim to simplify the mandatory reporting of workplace injuries for businesses, while ensuring that the data collected gives an accurate and useful picture of workplace incidents. To coincide with these changes to RIDDOR, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is launching simpler, web based guidance aimed at helping people understand how the changes might affect them and what they need to do to comply with the law.

The HSE are keen to hear what businesses think about the revised guidance and very much welcome your input.

To take part in the review:

We really appreciate your thoughts and comments, if you have any difficulty accessing the questionnaire, please let us know.

Nick Johnson
Health and Safety Executive
