Recent changes issued by the Resuscitation Council regarding CPR.
Since the last change in 2005 the new protocols have doubled the survival rate. The new changes encourage deeper (5-6 cms)and faster (100 to 120)compressions, and advocate: if in doubt do CPR. Check www.resus.org.uk/pages/guide.htm for more infomation.
