When someone views your profile or reads a message that you have posted on the forum you have the option to display a photo or picture to represent yourself - for example to the left of this message you will see a photograph of me (unfortunately a horrid example!! Smile).

How-To... Change Your Profile Picture
    Note: You must be logged-in to change any of your profile information.

    1. First please visit the Forum, and click on Profile from the Forum Menu (as shown below):

    2. The page that loads will allow you to view all of your registration and profile information for the Association's Website.

    3. To Setup or Change your profile image, please scroll down the page to where it says "Avatar Control Panel" - an avatar is the image associated with your profile.

    4. To upload an image you have yourself, please ensure that your image meets the following guidelines:
    - No Larger Than 100 pixels wide or tall;
    - No Larger Than 20kb in size;

    5. Click "Browse..." and find the image on your computer.

    6. Click Submit to Change your Profile Image ("Avatar").

What if I don't have a Photo?
    If you don't have a photo on your computer you can alternatively follow the above steps, but rather than uploading a image at step 4 instead click the "Show Gallery" button to select an image from the basic forum avatar gallery.

I have an Suitable Image on Another Website, Can I Use This?
    Yes, you can use images that are stored elsewhere online or on your own website. Simply obtain the URL Address of the image - you can do this by right-clicking on the image and copying the "URL Address".

    At step 4 above, instead of uploading an image, paste the URL Address into the "Upload Avatar from a URL:" field and then Click "Submit" to continue.

Need More Help?
    Please remember, that if you do need any further help, that I will be happy to walk you through the site or help in any other way that I can - don't hesitate to contact me for assistance. Smile

Best Regards,

Phil
