Can any members help me out. I am looking for someone who can provide training in the use of Hydrofluoric Acid and how to deal with burns caused by its use.

I am aware that there is an HSE Guidance note published on this material but a colleague requires to reinforce the message to users in a workplace and the use of gels to treat minor injuries caused by the materials use.

I would be grateful if anyone who may be able to help would contact me directly with a message and their details and I will then get back to you.

Thanking you all in anticipation for your help in this matter.

In the past I haveused acid pickling companies, they might be able to help. They must have procedures in place to deal with such occurrences. There is one in Chesterfield, but for the life of me I can't remember what they are called - it was over 15 years ago since I used them!

Rod,

Metapic is the company I used to use. Thanks for stirring my memory.
