Hi there All
I am hoping someone can help me - I am looking at performing safety tours in various parts of our business and I was wondering if anyone has a sample checklist form that I could look at to see what type of questions/items I need to be including - this will save me starting from scratch, and as they say 're-inventing the wheel'!.

Hi Tracey,
We have a full site audit pack that our members (of the GLASS Charter) can use. Obviously, this is targetted for the glass industry, but will cover more general issues that will be relevant for other workplaces as well.
I will email this across to you - let me know if it is any use.
Best Regards,
Phil |

Hi
first post on the forum
I noticed this thread and have a 'check list' that I use (through H&S committee members) to audit / inspect our systems and general arrangements for health and safety, it points out the areas that can be improved or require more instruction to staff / employees.
I will email our last inspection check.
It is an excel spread sheet but should be reasonably straight forward to follow.
Regards
Geoff |

Geoff,
Thank you for your post and may I be the first to welcome you onto the association's discussion forum.
If you are happy for me to do so I could attach the file to this discussion for others to use?
Best Regards,
Phil |

I am having problems posting the excel document, I can't find an alternative email address to send it to, perhaps if either Phil or Tracy can send me an email I can send it by return.
