Hi everyone, welcome to the forum. Just a few words from me as your new Chair. New but not for the first time. Anyone seen Groundhog Day?

Well I think we're in great shape. Ben has done a fantastic job of leading us all through a couple of very successful years. More Gold awards to add to the collection; which is just one of the measures of success for us.

I want to continue to push that success but it's not an easy thing to do. It's easy to say, but in being more successful you have to determine what that actually looks like and where you think you are now.

We've been working hard to try to understand what more successful looks like. Simple measures like more bums on seats is a key one. So in this next period we're going to try some new things. This year's seminar is most likely to be a workshop style session where we go all hands on and try some practical stuff for you guys.

We need to be more visible as an association; and more relevant and appealing. You'll hear us say that a lot.

It's going to be interesting, but we're not doing this for us. It's your association so come on, get involved. Turning up is great, but get stuck in and talk to us. Use this forum, let's get something good going.

OK?

See you ALL - yes you hiding at the back, you've not been for ages, very soon.

Best wishes

Chris

50 views and no responses. Not even rotten fruit? Come on folks. If you read it, reply to it. The forum won't write itself you know.
