Sarah is a trainer/speaker.  At Illuminow we help people and businesses make changes. From 121 coaching of individuals seeking a breakthrough in a challenging situation or relationship or wanting to ramp up some aspect of their own performance, to team workshops and the creation of Employee Engagement programmes. We offer Leadership support with the focus on taking action not on talking about change. Sarah is a specialist in applying the principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to the workplace. Put simply, NLP focuses on understanding the thought patterns that drive our behaviour and the communication styles we use to express how we experience the world.
