The Scottish Prison Service has accepted a Crown censure following two incidents at HM Prison Barlinnie in Glasgow in which inmates' fingers were trapped in machinery.In August 2008 two prisoners suffered crushing injuries when their fingers became caught in a vibrating mould table.
