The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in Harlow must pay penalties of £11,000 after it admitted failing to comply with an HSE enforcement notice and failing to report a case of latex-linked dermatitis.The HSE discovered that the Trust was failing to manage the risk of employees becoming sensitised to latex - mainly from contact with latex gloves - during a visit to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in November 2007. ...
