A construction firm has been convicted for the second time in just two and a half years for a workplace transport fatality.In the latest case, Aylesbury Crown Court ordered PJ Carey (Contractors) to pay penalties of £154,000 after a reversing telehandler hit and killed a sub-contractor's employee Peter Prunic in July 2006.
